Some tips to learn languages better:

• Give preference to audio materials (listening).
  • Reading is not a natural way to learn. Listening is. Reading should be used as a helper for listening.
• Consume content in that language even if you don’t understand it.
  • Little by little, you’ll start to pick up words, then sentences, then full dialogs, then the entire thing.
  • It creates opportunities for your brain to learn and adapt to the new language.
• Frequency matters more than intensity.
